Named after Jax , the Puggle pictured in the logo, we bring honor to the greatest little pup anyone could ever ask for. His personality and loyalty are unmatched. As he grows longer in the tooth the idea came to name the business after him so that his legacy will live on long after he is no longer gracing us with his presence.

Our signature sauce “Snaggle Sauce” is a Black Truffle hotsauce crossed with a Garlic Parmesan Aoli, it takes its name from Jax's Snaggletooth. Try it and we're sure you'll be baring your teeth too… from the giant smile when the flavors combine and hit your tongue.
